Gina has worked in the non-profit sector for almost thirty years in 3 provinces. Her experience includes senior positions in education, the arts, social services and health care (long term care, children’s, community and teaching hospitals). Gina completed her Master of Arts degree in Philanthropy and Development in 2009; her thesis was entitled, “Donors without Borders: The Globalization of Philanthropy”. She is a frequent speaker at development workshops and conferences and has published non-profit articles in books and journals in the US and Canada.
