In her role, Jacqueline provides strategic direction, counsel to organizations with leadership vacancies and drives the overall expansion of crawfordconnect’s client base and services.
Jacqueline brings a depth of non-profit/public sector experience spanning three decades. For over a decade, Jacqueline held the position of President and CEO of Artsmarketing Services, Inc. (AMS). With 1,000 employees, AMS provided marketing and fundraising services for non-profit arts organizations throughout Canada, United States and Australia. Some of the clients included the ROM, AGO, TSO, National Ballet of Canada, National Arts Centre, Carnegie Hall, San Francisco Ballet, Oregon Shakespeare Theatre, The Cleveland Orchestra, and the many other theatre companies listed earlier in the proposal spanning North America. AMS generated over $1 billion in subscription, membership, annual fund, endowment, capital and planned giving programs under her leadership within the cultural, public television, higher education, healthcare, and international development relief sectors.
Jacqueline held leadership advancement roles with both cultural organizations (orchestras, performing arts centers) and higher education including the University of Colorado Foundation, with specific advancement focus servicing the College of Music. She held a board position for the Entrepreneurship Center for the College of Music, University of Colorado. Jacqueline received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester (Rochester, NY), and a Masters in Arts Administration, from Columbia University (New York, NY).
Jacqueline has worked on C-suite roles as well as Advancement roles for higher education, JazzFM, and SickKids. In addition, she has served as a CEO for a Life Sciences Recruitment firm.
