As a senior consultant, Linda is responsible for executive search, organizational development and job search strategy coaching. Linda brings over 25 years of varied and extensive experience in the fields of education, workplace learning and performance, and non-profit fundraising and program management. She has worked in such areas as strategic planning, organizational audits, job search and selection hire procedures, client services management, staff performance systems, team and project development, change management and interim executive placements. Linda also completed the Voluntary Sector Management Program at Toronto’s York University, is a certified True Colors and Personality Dimensions trainer and a certified job search strategy coach. She has also served as a faculty member of the Social Planning Council of Toronto Training Institute and as an organizational consultant for the Canadian FundRaiser, Non-profit Management Information Services.
