Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion

Championing diversity and inclusion in the non-profit sector.

Our Inclusive, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Policy

At crawfordconnect, we respect and value diversity in all its forms. We believe that voices from distinct backgrounds should be championed. We endeavor to build an inclusive and equitable non-profit sector where diverse leadership, staff, and volunteers are empowered to help our non-profits clients live their values and achieve their mission.

We promote IDEA.

As we seek leadership talent for our non-profit clients, we promote IDEA because a diverse and inclusive organization is one that not only attracts the best and brightest talent, but also creates a competitive advantage in terms of talent retention. We advocate for, and support board and staff level thinking to address the systemic barriers their organizations are constructed to tackle.

We are continuously learning.

At crawfordconnect, we are dedicated to connecting nonprofits with the talent they need to succeed.
